The traditional package incorporates your ceremony (held either at the garden gazebo or in the ballroom), a reception in the ballroom, and an opportunity to prepare with your wedding party and take photographs in the Manor house parlors. Selected pastries and beverages will be provided for the wedding party prior to the ceremony in the parlors. Ballroom is climate controlled, has a built-in bar, indoor bathrooms and includes tables and chairs for up to 120 guests, and also includes tablecloths. Site and Ballroom are available for decorating and rehearsal for 3 hours the day prior to the wedding, and additional 3 hours the day after the wedding for clean-up.

Ballroom is climate controlled, has a built-in bar, includes tables, chairs and tablecloths, and has indoor bathrooms. Wedding party to get ready off-site. If desired, wedding couple may change into their attire inside the house immediately before the ceremony.

$2,800 + 9% tax ~ This package includes a wedding reception in the ballroom which is climate controlled, has a built-in bar, indoor bathrooms, and includes tables and chairs. Same day set-up and next day clean-up.
