Pricing:

*$350 for the first four (4) hours. Rental fees are based on the total time in the space.

Additional rental time is available at a rate of $50 per hour.

Required staffing fee (per event - includes beverage service): $50 for events with fewer than 75 guests; $100 for events with 75 or more guests. Flexible payment options available to suit your needs

Food & Catering:

Outside food and catering allowed. Warming devices like crock pots or chafing dishes with Sternos are allowed

Chafing dishes available for rent for $50 per event. Bring your own utensils/dishware.

Optional boxed lunch or catered buffet available (pending availability)

Beverage Policy:

No outside beverages or alcohol permitted. All alcohol served by The Highgate Manor, LLC, fully licensed and insured.
